1 lb. ground beef
2 c. pizza sauce
8 home-style biscuits in a can
4 oz. onions, green pepper, mushrooms
Shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat. Add sauce. Quarter biscuits and add to sauce. Pour into a 9 in. x 13 in. oiled pan. Top with vegetables and whatever else you like and cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes until brown and bubbly. Enjoy!

This recipe I use a lot when we have a group over to play cards. It is easy and can be made ahead and popped in the oven a few minutes before we are ready to eat.
