15-20 tomatoes
3 cloves garlic
9 jalapeno peppers
3 medium onions
2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. ground oregano
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/8 c. salt
1/8 c. sugar
1- 18 oz. can tomato paste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients into a large sauce pan and simmer until thick. (two or three hours). Place in sterilized pint jars with new seals and lids, then put in hot water bath for twenty minutes to seal.

Additional cumin and oregano and jalapeno peppers may be added to taste.
