1 lb. extra lean ground beef
1 c sliced turkey pepperoni
1 c sliced fresh mushrooms
1 green pepper, chopped
chopped onions to taste
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 T tomato paste
1 c crushed tomatoes
1 tsp. olive oil
4 c low sodium, fat-free chicken broth
1 T chopped fresh basil or 1 tsp. dried basil
1 T chopped fresh oregano or 1 tsp. dried oregano

Cook ground beef and turkey pepperoni for 8 minutes or until no longer pink. Rinse and drain mixture and set aside. Sauté mushrooms and next 3 ingredients. Stir in beef mixture, tomato paste and next 5 ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
