Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 c. flour
1/2 lb. lard at room temperature
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. vinegar
5 tbsp. cold water.

Directions:
Directions:
Place flour in a large mixing bowl. Add lard. Cut with pastry cutter or table knives. At crumble consistency add the egg, vinegar and cold water. Mix just enough to roll on floured board.

This is enough for 2 bottom and top crusts. I use floured plastic wrap to place under and over crust to roll it out. I keep these from one time to another in the freezer to re-use.
