1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
2 c chopped onion
1 15 oz. can each, drained: light red kidney beans, dark red kidney beans, cannelloni beans, pinto beans, butter beans
2 cans diced tomatoes with jalapeņos
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 c water
2 pkgs. chili seasoning mix
salt and pepper

Brown ground beef with onions over medium-heat, breaking apart clumps of meat as much as possible. In a crockpot, combine all ingredients, mixing well. Cover and cook on high for 4 - 5 hours or on low for 7 - 8 hours.
