4 boneless & skinless chicken breasts
1/4 tsp each, salt & pepper
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 pint grape tomatoes
16 pitted Kalamata olives, sliced
3 Tbsp capers, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle chicken with salt & pepper. In a large oven-proof skillet, cook chicken in oil over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Add the tomatoes, olives and capers.
Place the skillet into a pre-heated 450 oven. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes
