1 8oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cuo confectioners' sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 8oz container Cool-Whip
1 9" graham cracker pie crust
1 3/4 cups apple pie filling
dash of ground cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into pie crust.
Top with apple pie filling, Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
