20 oz. can pineapple chunks
1/2 c. sugar
3 T. flour
3 T. pineapple juice
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
4 T. margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple, saving 3 T. of juice. Make a paste of sugar, flour & pineapple juice. Combine pineapple chunks, paste and cheese. Put in greased casserole. Melt margarine; combine with cracker crumbs. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake 30 min. at 350º.
