3 c. all purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2c. mashed bananas
1 8oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
2 tsp. vanilla
1c. chopped nuts
raisins or coconut, optional

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9x5x4" loaf pans. Bake for 1 hour at 350º.
