1 12oz box frozen spinach souffle'
4 boneless & skinnless chicken breasts
4 mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Run warm water over spinach souffle for a few seconds to loosen from pan. Remove souffle from pan and cut into 4 pieces.
Place chicken in a greased 9x13 baking dish. Top each breast with a sliced mushroom. Place a square of the spinach on top.
Bake at 400º for 20 minutes. Then sprinkle shredded cheese atop each piece and bake for 5 more minutes.
