1 (10 3/4 oz.) can of Cream of Chicken Soup
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can of Cream of Celery Soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 (28 oz.) bag of Potatoes O'Brien

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a greased 9x13 in. baking dish. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

This dish can also be put in a crock pot on high temperature for 4 hours.
