1 (16 oz.) bag of frozen broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower, thawed and drained
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/3 c. sour cream
1 (4 oz.) jar of chopped pimentos, drained
1 c. shredded Swiss Cheese
1 (2.8 oz.) can French Fried Onions
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soup, sour cream, pepper, 1/2 cup of cheese, 1/2 can of french fried onions, and vegetables in a bowl. Mix until the ingredients are evenly distributed. Place in a 2 quart casserole dish. Bake covered at 350º for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and french fried onions. Bake uncovered for an additional 5 minutes.
