2 lbs 8oz can Sweet Potatoes
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 C maple syrup
1/2 C pecan halves
1/4 C dried apricots, sliced
1/4 C brown sugar
1 T butter, melted
1 t ground cinnamon
1 t pumpkin pie spice
1/4 t salt

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and cut sweet potatoes into cubes. Place sweet potatoes in an ungreased 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over the potatoes. Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes.
