2 eggs (beat well)
1 c. milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 c. self-rising flour
6 tablespoons margarine
1 c. sugar
1/4 stick (2 tbsp.) margarine (melted)
1 cup flaked coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Grease/spray 8 in. pie pan.
Mix flour & sugar
Add eggs, beat.
Fold in remaining ingredients, adding coconut last.
Bake at 350 30-40 min.
