2 C. brown sugar
3/4 C. oleo
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
2 C. flour
2 C. quick oats
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Cream oleo, sugar and eggs. Combine flour, salt and baking powder. Add to creamed mixture. Add cinnamon and oats and mix well. Add baking soda to boiling water, then add to batter and mix thoroughly. Drop batter by tablespoonfuls (or smaller) on greased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 8-10 min. Don't over bake. Fill with favorite gob icing.
