4-6 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
4-6 slices white cheese (prefer provolone)
1/4 cup white wine
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (can use other cream soup such as chicken or broccoli)
1 (6 oz.) box Stove Top stuffing mix for chicken
1/2 stick butter or margarine, melted

Directions:
Pour melted butter over stuffing mix and spices and set aside. (Use more or less butter if desired.) Place chicken breast in 13 x 9 pan and top each breast with a slice of cheese. Mix wine and soup. Pour evenly over chicken. Top chicken evenly with stuffing. Bake in 350º oven, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
