2 cans cream style corn
1/4 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. cornbread mix
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. sugar
1 small onion, chopped
2 oz. can diced green chilies
2 oz. pimentos
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into a baking dish that has been sprayed with oil.
Bake 30 minutes at 400, or until center is set and browning.
