2 eggs, slightly beaten
4 tbsp. ketchup
3/4 c. quick cooking oatmeal
2 tbsp. onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. salt
2 lb. ground beef.
3 cans cream of mushroom soup
16 oz. sour cream
2 c. mild
2 tbsp. paprika
2 pkg. egg noodles

In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, ketchup, oatmeal, onion, salt.
Add ground beef, mix well.
Shape into 1 1/2" balls. Place on greased baking sheet with sides. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
While baking, prepare in a large pan: mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, paprika. Heat thoroughly.
Add meatballs. Cover and cook over low heat, gently stirring frequently for 20 minutes.
Serve over egg noodles cooked according to pkg. directions.
