Ingredients:  
1/2 c. sugar
2 pkg. dry yeast
1 1'2 c. warm water
2 slightly beaten eggs
3 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 quick cooking oatmeal
1 stick margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine and allow to sit for 10 min.:
sugar, yeast, warm water.
Add eggs, mix well.
Add flour and salt.
Spread in a greased 9" X13" baking pan.
Sprinkle with oatmeal, drizzle with margarine.
Let rise 40 minutes. Bake 400 degrees 15 minutes, or until top is golden brown.
