1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 can kidney beans
1 sm bottle mild hot sauce
4 tomatoes chopped
1 head of lettuce chopped
1 c. onions chopped
1 c. green peppers chopped
1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain ground beef. Add taco seasoning and kidney beans. Let cool. Mix and refrigerate hot sauce, tomatoes, lettuce, onions, green peppers, cheese, salt, pepper and garlic salt. TO SERVE: Add meat mixture and veggie mixture to 1 bag crushed taco chips and 1 small bottle of Catalina Dressing. Toss and serve.
