16 oz. can Veg All, drained
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. mayo
1/2 c. sharp grated cheese
8-10 crushed Ritz crackers
1/4 c. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together except crackers and butter. Put in casserole. Crush crackers until fine. Mix with melted butter. Add this mixture to top of veg all casserole. Bake at 350º uncovered for 20 minutes until it bubbles. Do not overbake.

Can be made ahead of time. Do not add crackers until ready to bake.
