1 stick margarine
8 oz. package Pepperidge Farm Stuffing
1 c. sour cream
3 full cups squash, cooked and drained
1 can cream of chicken soup undiluted
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can pimento, chopped and drained
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine, stir in stuffing. Line casserole with half of the stuffing mix. Combine other ingredients and spoon into casserole. Cover with remainder of stuffing. Bake 1 hour in 350º oven.
