4 boneless pork chops
1tsp sage crushed
Salt and Pepper to taste
1tbsp minced garlic
1tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Rub pork chops with sage and garlic, sprinkle with salt and pepper. In an extra large skillet cook pork chops in tablespoon olive oil over medium high heat 15 minutes, turning once.
