2 pkgs frozen California Blend Vegetables
2 cups Minute Rice
2-sticks margarine
1 cup water
1 small onion
2 cans cheddar cheese soup
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
In a large casserole, place frozen vegetables, chopped onion and rice. Heat and pour over mixture cheddar cheese soup, margarine, water and milk. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
