2 Cups flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/3 Cup shortening
3/4 Cup milk

Filling:
1/2 Cup sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp butter softened

Directions:
Directions:
Roll out dough and spread with filling. Roll and cut into 1 inch pieces. Bake at 425 for 12-15 minutes.

This was one of my favorite things that my mother made during the holidays when she would bake pies. Leftover pie dough works perfect for this recipe.
