2 large ripe bananas
1/4 c. sunflower oil
1/2 c. maple syrup
1/2 t. ground cardamon
1/2 t. cinnamon
2 dates, chopped
3/4 c. unbleached white flour
3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/2 t. baking powder (1 t. for high altitudes)
1/2 c. pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mash bananas in a medium bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients in order. Pour into oiled muffin tins, or muffin tins with paper liners.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
