2 eggs, beaten
1 C sugar
1/2 C Wesson oil
1 C mashed banana
2 C flour
1 t soda
1/2 t salt
1 t vanilla
1/2 C pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and place in greased loaf tin. Note: Can bake in cleaned and buttered #2 vegetable cans. Bake at 300 for 40-60 minutes.
