2 lbs. Pork baby back ribs (works with beef ribs too)
Blue Ridge Smokey sauce:
1 c. ketchup
1 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. molasses
1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder

Combine all ingredients, except ribs, in saucepan over high heat. Whisk until smooth. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 30-40 minutes or until sauce has thickened. Use as BBQ sauce.
Tear off 4 pieces of aluminum foil big enough to enclose each portion of ribs. Spray each piece with cooking spray. Brush ribs liberally with sauce and place each portion in its own foil. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, or overnight. Preheat oven to 300. Bake ribs wrapped tightly in foil at 300 for 2 hours. Remove from foil and add more sauce if desired.
