5 potatoes
3 T butter
1/4C half&half
1/2C sour cream
2 C cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450. Bake potatoes for 30 minutes. Pierce holes so they don't explode, Continue baking for 30-40 minutes more. Scoop out potatoes. Mash with salt,pepper,butter and half &half. Fill potato skins and bake at 350 for 40 minutes 30-40 and cheese is melted.
