3 salmon steaks
1/4 c. melted margarine
1 tsp. seasoned salt
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. lemon peel

Directions:
Directions:
Broil or grill the salmon steaks 8-10 minutes. Combine the rest of the ingredients; brush salmon, turn and broil 10 minutes longer. Baste again and serve.
