5 eggs, beaten
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped, frozen broccoli, thawed
2 c. cottage cheese
2 T. sugar
1 large onion, chopped
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and pour into a greased 9 X 13 pan. Bake 375 for 25 minutes or 350 for 35 minutes.
