1 loaf firm unsliced bread
1 3 oz. package cream cheese
1/4 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c. butter
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Trim crust from bread, cut into 1" cubes. Melt
cheese and butter in top of double boiler over
hot water. Remove from heat. Fold in beaten
egg whites. Dip cubes of bread in cheese mix-
ture until well coated. Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 400 degrees for 12 - 15 minutes or
until puffy and golden.
