1 T. homemade pie spice
1 egg white
1 T. water
1 12oz. cans mixed nuts
1 c. sugar

Pumpkin Pie Spice
4 t. cinnamon
2 t. ginger
1 t. ground cloves
1/2 t. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, beat egg and water. Add the nuts
and toss to coat.
Combine sugar and pumpkin pie spice, sprinkle
over nuts, toss to coat.
Spread nuts in single layer on greased 15x10x1"
pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Stir
and turn onto waxed paper to cool. Break up
and serve.
