2 slices bread
3 tbsp. peanut butter
2 tbsp. butter (real butter)

Directions:
Directions:
Mash banana and toast bread lightly. Spread the peanut butter on one piece of bread and mashed banana on the other. Fry the sandwich in melted butter until each side is golden brown. Cut and enjoy with a glass or two of milk.
