3 egg yolks
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Dash cayenne pepper
1/2 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place egg yolks, lemon juice, and cayenne in blender
2. Cover and quickly turn blender on and off
3. Melt butter until almost boiling
4. Turn blender on high speed and slowly pour in butter blending it until thick and fluffy, about 30 seconds
5. Heat over warm water if not ready to serve
