1 can creamed corn, 1 can regular corn, 1 stick of butter, 1 small bag of cheddar cheese (shredded), 6 oz sour cream and 1 box of Jiffy cornbread mix.

Mix and bake for 1 hour at 375º.

About 15 years ago, a co-worker wrote down the directions, just as listed above. I have never had "precise" measures of these ingredients but have made this many times by memory and it has always turned out well. Sometimes, I have drained the canned corn, cut back on the amount butter (due to high fat content), and used a smaller amount of shredded cheddar cheese.
