6 pork hocks
1 can sauerkraut
4 medium sliced onions
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange pork hocks on a layer of sauerkraut and sliced onions. Cover with the remainder of the kraut and add pepper. Add water to cover bottom of pan and cover. Cook in oven at 350F for 11/2 to 2 hours, or until meat is tender. Serve with boiled potatoes.
