2 1/2 c sugar
4 eggs
1 can (15 oz ) pumpkin
3 1/2 c flour, 1/2 whole wheat
2/3 c water
1 c oil
1 teas baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon
1/2 teas nutmeg

Directions:

Cream sugar and oil.
Mix dry ingredients and add
Mix in water.
Pour in greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake at 350º for 50-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
