1 9 inch refrigerated piecrust
2 12 ounce boxes frozen spinach souffle, thawed
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat over to 375. Unroll piecrust and press into a 9 inch pie plate. Combine the spinach souffle, eggs, cheese and pepper in a large bowl, then pour the mixture into the pie shell. Bake until set in center, about 45 minutes
