1 c. sugar
1 T. cinnamon
dash of salt
1/3 c. water
2 c. walnuts
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Bring sugar, cinnamon, salt and water to 230 (thread stage) in a heavy pan. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Stir in walnuts, coating thoroughly. Spread on cookie sheet to cool.
