Peppermint Bark Recipe

1 block of Almond Bark (white);
Peppermint extract;
Candy canes or Peppermint candies- crushed

Directions:
Directions:
On a large cookie sheet lay a piece of waxed paper. Melt Almond bark in microwave for 30 minute intervals (stirring in between) until melted. (you can also do this on the stovetop)
Add 1 teaspoon of peppermint extract to melted chocolate and stir. Add the crushed candies and stir. Spread the chocolate out onto the wax paper and put in the fridge to set. Once set, break into pieces.
