10 medium sized potatoes, 8 oz Velveta cheese, 1 stick of butter, & one can of cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cut up potatoes and boil for 10 minutes until soft but not mushy. At the same time, melt the Velveta cheese in a small pan over low heat along with butter and the cream of mushroom soup until melted. Put potatoes in a pan, pour mixture and stir. Then bake for 30 minutes at 350º.
