2 eight ounce packages of Cheese, softened 1 eight ounce can Crushed Pineapple, drained 1/4 cup chopped Green Pepper 2 Tablespoons finely Chopped Onion 2 teaspoons Seasoned Salt 2 cups Chopped Pecans, toasted and divided
Combine first 5 ingredients. Stir in 1 cup pecans. Cover and chill until firm. Shape mixture into a ball. Roll in remaining 1 cup pecans. Place cheese ball on a serving platter. Serve with crackers and strips of green and red bell peppers.
