2 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 cups finely chopped apples (3 med. size apples)

Sift dry ingredients together. Add sour cream, egg and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Add apples and mix well. Pour into pastry lined pie pan. Bake in 400 -
425 oven for 15 min., then in a 350 oven for 30 min.
1/3 cup sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 cup flour * 1/4 cup butter
(I use a little less)

Combine ingredients and mix thoroughly. Sprinkle over pie and return to oven . Bake at 400 - 425 for 10 min.
