3 cups quick cooking oats, uncooked
3 t.. baking powder
1 t. salt
1/3 c.butter, softened
2 eggs
2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together oats, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl: set aside.
In a separate bowl, combine butter, eggs and milk; blend into dry ingredients. Pour into an ungreased 13"x 9" baking pan: bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
