1 yellow cake mix (incomplete)
1 egg and 1 egg white
1 cup cream sherry
1/2 cup walnut pieces
1/3 cup and 2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/8 cup powdered sugar (optional for decoration)

Directions:
Directions:
Do not follow mixing directions on cake mix package. Preheat oven to 350º. Add cake mix to a bowl and beat in the eggs, sherry, water, and oil until smooth, add walnuts. Pour into a non-stick bundt or similar-sized pan. (or use non-stick cooking spray). Bake for 35 minutes. Do not overbake. Sift powdered sugar over cooled finished cake (optional).
