1 box German (or Devils Food) chocolate cake mix
1 small box Instant Vanilla Pudding
1 cup oil
1 1/2 cups milk
3 eggs
1 pk. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 container (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 cup sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
3 Hershey Bars or 1/2 jumbo bar, hand-grated (freezing helps)

Mix cake ingredients and divide into 3-layers. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes; cool. Mix cream cheese and sugars; add Cool Whip, and lastly grated chocolate. Chill to thicken before frosting cake. Chill cake well before covering with plastic wrap to prevent icing from sticking to plastic. Keep refrigerated.
