1 baked pie shell
8 oz. cream cheese
whole strawberries
1/2 cup water
3 T cornstarch
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup crushed berries
Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Spread softened cream cheese in bottom of baked shell. Cover with whole strawberries (points up). Mix water, cornstarch, sugar, and crushed berries. Boil 1 minute until liquid is clear. Stir and cool. Pour over pie and cool in refrigerator. Top with Cool Whip.
