CAKE:
1 c. melted butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
2 T. cocoa
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. coconut
7 oz. jar of marshmallow crème
FROSTING:
1/2 c. melted butter
8 oz. powdered sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

CAKE: Grease and flour 9x13 pan. Beat well: butter, sugar, and eggs. Mix in flour and cocoa. Beat in nuts and coconut. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. While still hot, spread marshmallow crème on top. Cool.
FROSTING: (these ingredients can be doubled if you want to make this even richer). Beat ingredients until smooth and spread on top of cooled cake. Keep refrigerated.
