1 Cup of Light Brown Sugar
1 Tablespoon of Flour
1/3 Teaspoon of Salt
1 Egg White, Beaten
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla
2 Cups of Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, flour and salt; sift. Add beaten egg white, vanilla and pecans. Drop by the teaspoonful on cookie sheet heavily greased with shortening. Bake at 275 for 35 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet before cookies are cold.
